You can send plants in the mail?

We sure can! We ship first class or priority shipping depending on the size of the box. As long as the plant arrives within ten days and you expose it to sunlight as soon as it arrives it will be happy and healthy for years to come!

How do I care for my succulent?

Water thoroughly once every three weeks or so and keep it in direct sunlight. When the leaves begin to wrinkle, water it again.

Can succulents survive outside?

Please refer to your zone for further information, and be careful not to burn your babies in direct sun outdoors.

All of our spa products are locally sourced from women run businesses. By purchasing one of our boxes you are supporting three small businesses here in Pennsylvania.

 

Shipping

What happens if the address is wrong and you've already made the shipping label?

Unfortunately this means you'll have to pay our $10 ship fee to make sure it goes to the address of your choice. Make sure to double check before you order!

How long does it take to process my order?

We work hard to process orders in 1 business day. Some may take longer.

What is the estimated shipping time?

We ship via USPS priority for packages over 1 pound and first class for packages under 1 pound. Normal estimated shipping times are 1 to 3 days but actual times may vary.

I want to give my gift in person.  What should I do?

No problem. If you want to give your gift in person just select that option on the gift you select and ship it to yourself. We will tape the card on the outside of the box and place both in a poly mailer. You can then write your own message on card without having to open the gift box.  You are also welcome to stop by our store as well to create your perfect gift box.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Do you accept cancellations?

We gladly accept cancellations. Please request a cancellation within 2 hours of purchase.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We don't accept returns or exchanges but please contact us if you have any problems with your order so that we can make it right.
